All completed scans are reported on the same day they are performed, with electronic delivery services available to referrers to ensure results are delivered in a timely manner.
We accept all referrals at Sutherland Shire Bone Mineral Density, and all of our Bone Mineral Densitometry services are bulk-billed if eligible.
We perform Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD) scans using our state-of-the-art Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry machine for assessment of potential Osteoporosis.
Whole Body Composition studies are also available for the assessment of lean muscle, fat and bone mass throughout the entire body.
